Privacy Policy (Information clause concerning processing of personal data): 
 
On the basis of General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ L 119 4.5.2016 (hereinafter: GDPR) 
Please be advised that:
1) The controller of your personal data is the JiM Foundation, with its registered office in Lodz, Tatrzanska 105 street;
2) On the matters concerning personal data protection, you may contact the data protection officer at iod@jim.org;
3) Your personal data, including the information necessary to complete the application form will be processed:
a. For the purpose and scope necessary to keep me informed in the form of a newsletter about the 13th International Autism-Europe Congress in Cracow 2022,
b. For the purpose and scope necessary to keep me informed about planned initiatives and projects implemented in the future by the JiM Foundation and Autism-Europe,
wherein, the basis for the data processing under GDPR is primarily voluntary consent to the processing of personal data obtained on the principles set out in Article 6 paragraph 1 point (a) and in connection with Article 7 of GDPR;
4) The recipient of personal data may be:
a. public authorities or private bodies exercising the powers conferred on them in accordance with legal provisions,
b. authorised entities providing IT or legal services in accordance with data processing entrustment agreements,
c. Autism-Europe in connection with projects planned and implemented by them for informational purposes;
5) The personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization and if this was to be done, it will remain in accordance with the principles arising from the GDPR;
6) The data collected for the aforementioned purposes will be stored:
a. until the date of the 13th International Autism-Europe Congress in Cracow 2022 and for its duration, and after its end for the duration of the promotion of the event, no longer than required by law;
b. for the purpose and scope necessary to inform about planned initiatives and projects implemented in the future by the JiM Foundation and Autism-Europe until the consent is revoked;
7) You have the right to access your personal data, request rectification or erasure of personal data as well as the right to request restriction of processing carried out pursuant to instances referred to in Article 18 GDPR;
8) The personal data will not be processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 point (e) or (f) GDPR, therefore the right to object pursuant to Article 21 GDPR shall not apply; furthermore, due to the fact that the data is not processed by automated means, the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR shall not apply;
9) If the processing of personal data violates applicable legal acts, it is possible to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of Personal Data Protection Office;
10) Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary, as without it, it is not possible to participate in the 13th International Autism-Europe Congress in Cracow 2022 and obtain information about planned initiatives and projects implemented by the JiM Foundation and Autism-Europe; consent may be withdrawn at any time, wherein revoking of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing that was carried on the basis of consent before the withdrawal.
